Pete’s more than 25 years of agency experience in brand strategy and integrated campaign development include stints at Hill Holliday and The VIA Agency before he co-founded Grove. He has worked with a wide range of clients—from start-ups to Fortune 100s—across an equally wide range of industries that spans financial services, travel and leisure, professional services, retail, and consumer products.

Pete’s led client engagements for, PricewaterhouseCoopers, CNN, IBM, Brine Lacrosse, Fidelity and American Skiing Company. Pete is keenly interested in improving the delivery of agency services to clients, as well as in the creative process and agency operations in general. He’s developed and led account management training programs and has served in a Director of Operations capacity in addition to his account leadership roles. An early proponent of the agile marketing principles, Pete’s recognition of the traditional agency model’s limitations, coupled with a desire to “do smarter work by working smarter,” ultimately drove him to co-found Grove with partner Will MacNally.

Pete has a B.S. in advertising and marketing from Syracuse University. His work has been recognized by the Massachusetts Innovation and Technology Exchange, the Content Marketing Institute, MarketingSherpa and Adweek. He is also a strategic advisor and board member for LeadGnome, an account-based marketing and sales application.
